Sometimes your submission may not playback for our tastemakers for a variety of reasons (broken links, error in audio conversion, incompatible audio, browser issues, etc). In those cases, you will not lose your submission credits.
Our Share Pro feedback system automatically makes sure that the tastemaker listens to your submission in order for them to earn your submission credit. That means if the song doesn't play for them, then the tastemakers does not earn your submission credit. 48 hours after you submitted your music your submission credits for that submission are returned to you in full.
